There is an increasing demand for property reports to protect both the landlord and tenant. A professional inventory, check in and check out, and mid-term inspections are highly recommended with every tenancy. Most tenancy deposit services insist on these reports, should a deposit dispute arise.
EZ Property Reports currently work with Independent Landlords, as well as Letting Agents and are expanding every day. We have developed our own software that maximises the Inventory Clerk’s productivity and ensures that detailed, accurate reports are produced and delivered instantly.
